The sale of a business has many moving parts. Neglecting any one of them can have unwanted consequences. My in-depth involvement in the many and varied business sales has given me the ability to take note of all the possible “variables” that impact the outcome of a sale. A part of my role is to clearly communicate “what could happen” as I map out the various possibilities. The various possibilities may influence the value of the business and ultimately the sale price. I can create clarity out of a process that could easily be left with loose ends.

Each business sale also has a time-line. That time-line and its components can vary, depending on which paths you choose along the way. Each stage of the time-line has a unique set of parameters and after my initial investigation and communication with you, I will be able to shed light on the various paths that are open to you and, with my experience, map out various outcomes and time-lines.

The most important moving parts in the business sale are the business owners – both the business sellers as well as the business purchasers and the consequences the process and outcomes have on each person.
